What To Include
When asking for help, include:
- The email address used for your CactusTracker account.
- Whether you are using the website, iPhone app, or Android app.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected to happen.
- A screenshot, if it helps show the issue.
AI Sharing and Reporting
AI features require your permission before information is sent to OpenAI, Pl@ntNet or Meta. In current iPhone and Android builds, agreement is required before creating an account or first using the app. Cancel stops setup without deleting an existing account or saved plants. Open Profile → Help → AI permissions to review or withdraw permission. Withdrawal returns to the setup screen and blocks app access on this device until you agree again. You can request account deletion through the email route below without granting AI permission. To report an offensive or harmful AI response without leaving the app, choose Send feedback / Report AI content, select Other, and describe the response or attach a screenshot. Do not include passwords or sensitive information.
Account Deletion
You can delete your CactusTracker account in the app from Settings by choosing Delete account and confirming the request. This deletes your cactus and succulent records, stored plant photos, account/profile data, optional profile photo, and login account. You can also request deletion without installing or signing into the app: email Hello@DirtyBirdSoil.com with the subject “CactusTracker account deletion” and the email address used for your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing your request. Do not send your password. Contact us if you also want related support messages or information already sent to service providers deleted. Provider security, backup and legal retention can affect those copies; see our Privacy Policy. If you need help with account deletion, email Hello@DirtyBirdSoil.com.
Privacy
You can review the CactusTracker Privacy Policy for information about what data the app uses and how it is handled.
Response Time
We do our best to respond to support requests as soon as possible. Response times may vary depending on the request and business hours.
